CULIACÁN, SINALOA. – Following a pair of victories in exhibition play against the Cañeros de Los Mochis in San Miguel Zapotitlán, the Tomateros de Culiacán Baseball Club returned to the Sinaloan capital to resume their preseason schedule at the facilities of the Instituto Sinaloense de Cultura Física y del Deporte (ISDE).
Players reported to the training grounds at 2:40 p.m. to begin the workday. The session commenced with the routine team meeting led by manager Lorenzo Bundy, followed immediately by general physical conditioning.
During on-field drills, infielders and outfielders focused on outfield throws and relay plays, while pitchers executed defensive fundamental drills around the mound.
The Guinda squad concluded the day's practice with an intrasquad game to maintain game rhythm and competitive sharpness on the field.
The session featured key additions to the Guinda camp, highlighted by the arrivals of veteran catcher Román Alí Solís and left-handed pitcher Ricardo Estrada, both of whom joined the group to work at full capacity alongside their teammates ahead of the 2026-2027 Liga Mexicana del Pacífico Banamex season.
