2. Data we collect

The site has no sign-up or forms. Only if you accept measurement in the consent notice do we record usage data that does not identify you by name: actions on the site (visit, section viewed, article read, wallpaper downloaded, clicks on social, tickets or shop), page, language, referring site, country or approximate location, device type, operating system, browser, date and time, and page load performance.

We do not collect your name, email, phone or any identifier that follows you across sessions or sites. We do not store your IP address in our databases and we do not use advertising or third-party cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address technically to deliver and protect the site; if you accept measurement, Vercel also uses it to create a temporary visit code discarded after 24 hours. If you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, we receive your number, name and whatever you share.

3. Purposes

Necessary: delivering the site and keeping it working and secure; answering your requests when you contact us. Additional, only with your consent: measuring visits and which sections and articles interest visitors; learning which devices and browsers are used, and load speed, to improve the site. Measurements are reviewed only as aggregated totals. They are not used for profiling or targeted ads, and they are never sold. If you decline, the site works the same.

4. Your consent

Nothing is measured until you accept. Your choice is stored only in your browser; if you accept, a session marker counts your visit once and is cleared when you close the tab. To change your choice at any time, use the "Privacy preferences" link in the footer. It shows the notice again so you can accept or decline. If you decline after accepting, the page reloads to stop all measurement. You can also clear this site's data in your browser. Withdrawing consent stops measurement from that moment.

5. Providers and transfers

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We use Vercel Inc. (hosting, visit and performance measurement; United States and other countries) and Supabase Inc. (database; United States), which process data on the Club's behalf. Ticketmaster, BeisShop, WhatsApp and our social networks are third-party sites with their own privacy notices.

6. Use of image at the stadium

By entering Estadio Tomateros, attendees acknowledge and accept that their image, voice and appearance may be captured through photography, video, audio or live broadcast during their visit. The Club may use this material, in whole or in part, for dissemination, promotion, advertising and/or commercial exploitation, in any medium now known or later developed, indefinitely and without territorial limit, with no obligation of compensation, royalty or payment to the attendee. Use of the admission ticket constitutes express acceptance of this notice. Anyone who does not agree should refrain from entering the venue.
